Through the MVA, sponsored by the Chapter.
The plate carries the MVA’s standard organizational fee — currently $25 at issuance — plus the regular vehicle registration. The Chapter does not charge an additional fee.

Write to the Chapter
The Society maintains the list of authorized recipients. The Chapter confirms membership and sends the MVA form for you to complete.
Cost
$25 + registration
MVA charges the standard organizational plate fee plus the regular registration. No additional charge from the Chapter.
